Thanks Aeron & Luke. It's a doodle in the sense that I wasn't thinking about what I was doing. I worked on it on and off for a couple of days while taking a break from work and listening to an audiobook (Nemesis by Chalmers Johnson). I was working on a design for a fountain featuring winged lions and I somehow had this idea of a winged bulldog... and voilà.
Great handling of the digital paint, the dog is friggin nasty looking! It would be amusing to see cat scratch wounds or rips along one of the wings.
