INFERNO en francais II
The doctored result from the test prints, to be used for the front cover of Inferno @ The Hoochie Coochie.
The typography still needs some adjusting. Plus the illo for the back cover.

INFERNO en francais
Working on a new cover for the french edition of my graphic novel Inferno, scheduled for May this year. It will be printed as a lino cut. This is a really crappy test print, but for some reason I'm without oil-based inks, so it will have to do. Pleased with the design however. No mistakes. I do have to add the title, still. Now that's a challenge.
The linoleum proved to be good to handle. Not crumbly or slippery.
(The initial sketch, lifted from one of the pages in the book.)

Emancipation/Adaptation
hello!
since long time i don't have any deadline to complete, so i just start a comic on scraperboard. I can't wait to do new scaperboards, but i don't have so much time, so i do that one quickly after last drawing i made. On recent posts you've seen my headtree landscape, headrocks, then here i use this characters and try to show how they live (from headpack to individual head & then rooting & growing). That's solution i found to make comic, while i can't work on a single project searching for details, i use already done drawing to create a short story after it.
but here my friends didn't understand these 2 pages, so... ^^ but i'm having fun doing it

Suicide, Constipation and the Golden Fleece. What you see is what you get, so why not have that for a title?

ZOMBORY!
These are some sample pairs from a little card game I did.
The rules are basically the same as in "Concentration" or "Memory", the only difference being that in this case you have to find the corresponding human-zombie pair instead of identical cards.
I actually made this game a few years ago, but it just came out in a limited edition as a supplement to the 100th issue of Zone 5300.

Gah! Another one ruined
I spoiled the paint job and couldnt save it, next version of this will probably be really different. You may notice a similarity with Beelzebub from Castlevania, not entirely intentional/conscious but I always loved that monster sprite artwork and not surprising it seeped into me. I'm never sure how much I should distance myself from my work looking obviously inspired by a specific thing, even if I'm not always fully sure of what it was that inspired it.
Milkmaid
I tried to do a pornographic drawing for a friend, but ended up with this.
It's based on a drawing in which Jesus Christ is pictured as a red cow. I kid you not.
