Man, that looks great!
Respect for this Aeron, looks incredible.
the perfect arrangement for this monstrous mess! excellent! now i wanna see it in color. as a painting. 12 feet tall.
amazing. I remember when you started these.
Its mostyn not kathryn
Just a thought, looks like a sheet of LSD tabs. You could manufacture your own evil, diabolical hallucinogen in your laboratory so's you can flog tabs of it with these sinister beasts on, hell, I'd try one!
Thanks everyone, and I can't even think about how long these took. They averaged about 15 - 20 minutes each and were drawn over the course of a year. I'm really happy with the job Jacob Covey did in printing them across the end pages of the Beasts! 2 book.
That's totally awesome. Nice work. It provides a nice context for the buggers.
I am trying to organise our Livre Sans Poche. Would you mind if I use your little beasts for the second and third of cover? It would work very well. They are amazing. I have the impression it was almost a religious work. You know the kind of rigorous repetitive thing a monk would do.
Thanks Scott, Agaihine, email me the details.
I haven’t got anything to email. There are two discussions in the ebd group and yann trehin’s interview. There’s no deadline for the moment. It’s an opportunity to make a zine together. I prefer to wait for peoples’ initiatives and ideas rather than to tell you what you have to do. As soon as I have enough images I send them to Yann. If I don't have enough I'll use them to make another zine.
1024 caligraphic beasts? Aeron, you could make dozens of alphabets with that! lets go back to hieroglyphics, bow to Horus Alfrey!
