Delightfully mind-boggling, as usual. What is the meaning of the title? Is it a pun of sorts?

Thanks. I improvised on a naïve painting I made 10 years ago. (I achieved this painting last year in April I think)


There are many personal meanings in this painting.

L’escarboucle is the Vouivre*’s jewel, so in this painting the serpent is associated with the goddess Salus.
