Everytime you use color, it takes me a moment to realize it's one of your pieces! Like on the big race picture... the colors are much more muted than your pen & ink works & obviously, completely different than your digital pieces. That said, i really like the colors, they add a sickliness to the monsters that isn't apparent in their stark black & white versions.
I have a hard time sticking to color because once I've drawn something I'm ready to move on to the next thing. But I do want and need to push myself in a color direction more. I'm thinkng about doing a small number of these creature drawings in color to sell on my blog. I'm going to be doing a small series of those colored pencil drawings also. I've thought about trying to do some abstract shapes in various colors then working back into it with india ink to define some weird living organism.

I would like to encourage you to pursue more color work. It's really strong. Definitely worth doing.
