I like the visual distortion of the face, it emphasizes that sort of grotesque abstraction of the human features the likes of which Francis Bacon was so good at painting. It's like a snapshot from a haunted dream of someone half remembered.

Thanks. It's an image of the intestines of some sort of rodent layered (multiply, overlay) beneath her face. Masks, curves, etc. used.
I've been into idea of the Hospital lately, for some reason-- We're all rendered into simple material upon entry, which terrifies me.So in a paranoid response, the agents of "health" become secret carriers of disease that they must spread like an agricultural project.
