In progress July

 I still like the face but the splashing water was really hard to do (maybe easier to paint?), as usual it seems I'm just not liking the composition well enough to do the impulse justice.

That looks beautiful, but ballpoints?! please try Faber & Castell 2 to 8B pencils, lots of soft gradients and you will be able to make hard black lines too, with a LOT of control.
