Nosey neighbours

A new cover design for my book on Hieronymus Bosch. Over the black ceiling will be the title. For now, i'll have to bear with the composition looking rather off-balance. The book goes to print this month!

Wow, I love this one, Marcel.
Great idea and mood! The only thing I'm not sure about is the color scheme, especially the way that bright yellow dominates the center. I took the liberty of messing with it in phtoshop a little using mostly hue/sturation and color balance. Hope you don't mind the constructive criticism. Not sure the result is any better, but for what it's worth here's a link to my tweaked version:

Thanks for the comment, Fufu. And yes, you are free to give any suggestions.
Howver, the colours are brighter here because of the conversion from Tiff to Jpeg. (Isn't it time that they found some solution for that stupid side effect, one wonders). So the bright yellow will be actually more subdued, on the ocre side. I probably will keep it as it is...

Ah I see, will just thought I'd put in my 2 cents. It's gonna be a great cover either way!

Thanks - i was a bit worried (to be honest) that the over-all picture would turn out too dark, so the idea was to have yellow ocre make my man the focal point.
Doing cover art always brings responsabilities that make everything quite complicated, wouldn't you say?

You will really have to deepshit the title's typography to make this drawing not eye-catchy.
