I just lost the desire to make things look semi-realist in a lot of ways. Also left my painting behind and replaced it with solid colors and blocking and such. The last one looks to me like I did it very recently but it was definitely around the same time as these. It was the direction I was headed in.

Beautiful stuff, Chad! Really interesting to see the transition in style.
Personally, the way you contrast flat patterns and page/panel compositions with three-dimensional spaces in the first two images has a lot of appeal to me.
