Fantastic, David. I love the eyeball sinking out of the socket on the right. It's like a disney cartoon character gone horribly horribly wrong.. or right?
Also, on the subject of those medical images, I read a short story a long time ago about a sideshow that displayed deformed children. The frontman of the sideshow didn't find the children though, he made them. He'd take newborn babies and put metal body/face contraptions around them which would be screwed further into abstract place over the years. This allowed the sideshow master to creatively and horribly deform the children at his whim with the help of these brace like devices. I thought you would find that... interesting.
Thanks guys! Aeron, do you remember who wrote that story you mention? reminds me of "Geek Love" by Katherine Dunn, a brilliant, both sentimental and gritty story of a artificially made clan of freaks.

Bloody hell, I'm a tough guy to shock David, but you've managed it!
Beautiful.
Bad ass, man! Reminds me of that Panter cover of Raw, but less iconic/cartoony.
Thanks guys!
