I've been wanting to do an animation for ages, here's a scene I'm working on, been trying to get a good contrast between the characters and the background.

ha ha!, looks veeery..."cute" for being from you! is that green goblin apples, or what? but i do look forward seeing the finished result of this animation. cXXX
I can't wait to see where you're going with this. The scene looks great, the colors work together. What are these, some rotten fruit from a food vendor taking over or exploring an abandoned shopping mall? I think there's a lot of potential for using the oddball merchandise you find at shopping malls and turning them into lifeforms.
Yeah, looks really cool, Zeke! Totally looking forward to seeing those weirdos come alive. Perhaps you should give their perfectly round shadows a bit more distinct shape, though.
Thanks chaps, great idea Aeron! and will defo redo the shadows Fufu, guess they do look too regular. This is actually from a project by my 'family-friendly' alter ego! I sometimes do projects with young people here in Salford, but've never posted any of it before.
It does look like a lot of fun, have you thought of doing animations to project over your prints? you could make especial prints with blank spots to project on.
