Silvanus, Torc of the Gods, Wild dog
Silvanus is god of the forests and nature (I bet you knew that); the Torc of the Gods allows you to polymorph or shape change others; the thing in the upper right is a dog who wandered away from the Wild Hunt (and now look what's happened to him.)

I dig how the image in the top right resembles a chunk of carpeting with walking legs. That gives me a really scary idea, meat eating carpet, which I'm sure perverts will see another way. But imagine walking into a room and this furry carpeting you're standing on wraps around you then walks off with some weird ass legs.
So of like a lurker below from D&D (or was that a lurker above? There was some kind of evil floor monster, though; I'm certain of it.
